Our BikeRentalsPlus! Staff:
Our European Headquarters is in Forli, Italy. They will work with you to manage your bicycle rental plans.
Igor Baccini

Igor Baccini is our "Bike fleet and logistics manager" at our headquarters in Italy. He takes care of our bike fleet in Europe and during the summer season he has two bike mechanics working full time for him as he assigns bikes to all European rentals and tours and supervises the movement of all vans and bikes that leave our main headquarters in Italy. In his spare time he can't get away from biking as he spends his vacation bicycle touring with friends. Ask him about his summer bike tours with his friends as he works on converting more of them to bicycle maniacs like him. He has been skateboarding since he was thirteen and loves to ride and help friends build parks and ramps. Although he does not drink coffee, does not follow soccer, and has a Russian name, do not be fooled, he is 100% Italian.
Michele Boglioni
Michele was born and raised in Italy. He leads hiking and biking tours for ExperiencePlus! and is Self Guided tour manager for BikeRentalsPlus! If you were to have dinner with him he will be able to describe in fine detail why Italians prefer pasta to any other food, except maybe gelato. He coordinates our self-guided bicycle tours from the office in Italy and when he has a chance travels far and wide to hike and bicycle the far corners of the world. His
Stefania Casadei
Stefania has been a tour leader ExperiencePlus! guided tours in Italy and Ireland since 1999. Recently she decided to spend more time in the office helping with the Self Guided tour management. When she is not working for BikeRentalsPlus! or ExperiencePlus! (from April to October), during the winter she likes ... travelling (for a change)! She has cycled in Italy (of course), Nepal, India, Costa Rica, and New Zealand. She loves meeting people, encountering different cultures, and exploring countries at the speed of a bike. She says: “In that way you can see, hear, smell, feel all around you, and at the end of the day, maybe tired but happy, you can say: 'I've deserved all this beauty!'"
Jonathan Hancock
Jonathan Hancock has a degree in International Affairs and French

from the University of Colorado at Boulder. For a Montana boy who grew up on a farm, he has always had a thirst for travel and has hung his hat in many places across the US. He has spent several years studying, traveling, and working throughout France as an English teacher, translator, cook, and landscaper. He currently divides his time between the magnificent region of Provence and the simple pleasures of Italian life on the Adriatic Coast. He works as the France Country Coordinator and handles all the rentals, villas, and self-guided tours in France.
Beatrice Tassinari
Beatrice a.k.a. "Bea" manages the hotels, villa and bike packages. As an avid active traveler she has traveled the world. While in the office she is the person to ask if you want to know where to spend the night in a tiny town in Tuscany, Puglia, Veneto?
Our United States headquarters is in Fort Collins, Colorado. If you call our US office you will always get a human on the phone (during office hours: 8 - 4 pm, MST). Since most operations are out of the European office, we may not have bicycle availability information but we will be happy to send the inquiry to them and they will get back to you as soon as they have availability.
Our Costa Rican Headquarters is in La Fortuna, at the base of Volcano Arenal
Mario Cordero

When he was very young he moved to the capital city of San José, and recently moved back to the country side looking for a better place to ride his bike, this time to the northern part of the country in La Fortuna, near Arenal Volcano. Mario holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of San José in Costa Rica. He is also a licensed Naturalist Guide and White Water Rafting Guide. He has led tours in France, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Greece, Czech Republic, and Costa Rica.
